Where we ship

We ship across Canada, to every province and territory. The delivery time below is the same wherever you are once your order has been handled.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 charge applies. You see the charge in your cart before you pay.

You can also choose express shipping in the cart for $25. Express is a paid upgrade, so the charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise ship free.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week from ordering to arrival.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not have a tracking number before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send sooner.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order can ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are not sure about the rest, email us and we will check.
